Hello.

I just got out of classes for the day, and since we don't have classes on Fridays, my weekend has officially started. Tomorrow morning, me and 5 of my friends here are going to Bath. We are going to stay there overnight, then Saturday we are going to Stonehenge. One of my most favorite places. I can't wait!

Yesterday I went to a library in Nottingham and did some research for a speech that I have to give in my British Studies class. I'm glad I have that out of the way.

Last night I went to the pub in our building. It was 80s night. I never realized how much I love 80s music. It's not my favorite type of music, but it's great to listen to and remember my childhood. I had a few drinks, met some really cool people, and saw most of the professors drunk and dancing. That was definitely fun to watch!

I'm starting to enjoy it a lot more here. I've loved being here right from the time I stepped off of the plane, but it was a bit much for me during the first 2 weeks. Now that I have met a lot of people, I feel more comfortable here. I don't want this to sound bad, but meeting new people here and having fun with them takes my mind off of my friends and family back home. They will never be replaced, but we all need friends wherever we go. I'd go insane if I didn't have people here that I could talk to.

Ok, I'll be back here Saturday night so I'll write then and tell all about my trip. Until then...
