Severn Maynard
Sev came to Halcyon Group after several years working to develop e-commerce solutions for the world's largest agricultural companies. He was instrumental in the founding of eYield Solutions, Inc. (rooster.com) while working at Cargill's eVentures Group. His background includes some very impressive mergers and acquisition projects. Sev manages Corporate Strategy and Business Development for Halcyon Group. Sev has an MBA from University of Michigan.

Michael Kraabel
Mike has an extensive background in interactive marketing. He has been developing digital marketing programs for over 10 years -- working with an extremely diverse client base. His background includes several early-stage technology start-up companies and traditional marketing agencies. He serves as Halcyon Group's strategic focal point, uniting the efforts of our clients, our creative, international partnerships, technical specialists and project managers. Mike is also responsible for establishing and maintaining relationship with our overseas development vendors and building markets around the world. Michael has a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from St. John's University, Collegeville.

Angela Guimond
Angela joined Halcyon Group after working for several years in communications, advertising and public relations. With a diverse background and network of contacts, she has worked to help organizations fund raise, employ new marketing strategies, craft ad campaigns and strategize future organizational visions. With an eye and ear for the most effective marketing strategy, leaders seek Angela's insight and industry knowledge. She serves as Halcyon Group's Director of Accounts and is involved in new business relationships from beginning to end. She will (finally) obtain her Bachelors of Communications in 2005.

Chuck Griffith
Chuck has a diverse background in all aspects of media development. He has been a guest instructor at the prestigious Pratt Institute of Design's Digital Media curriculum, directed a full-length feature film and founded an Atlanta-based interactive agency. Chuck joined Halcyon Group to expand our business development and professional services division. He is currently responsible for all west coast operations, including project management, customer engagement and business development.

Christopher Polikowsky
Chris is our resident Microsoft Certified network and software engineer. He is responsible for our Windows-based networking and software engagements. Chris has worked with a variety of Fortune 100 companies, including some of the nation's top banking and retail institutions. He manages our small office workgroup clients and enterprise wide networking, email and file sharing system installations. Chris has a Bachelors Degree in Management from St. John's University, Collegeville.
